When some people think about having a ton of money they think about all the fun things they could do with that money. They would buy houses or cars and go on extravagant trips.
I may make some improvements in my life, but more importantly, I'd make some improvements in my surrounding communities. When you know what I know it is nearly impossible to ignore the impact that each individual has on the collective thought stream. If I had a billion dollars my efforts would be spent transforming how the world looks at wellness.
Our society has been inundated with brilliant marketers that have twisted and confused truths so they can sell a product. Many of the unhealthy things people do is a direct result of watching a tv ad or seeing something printed in a magazine. Billion-dollar companies want to remain on top regardless of what they are pushing is destroying the proper functioning of the community they sell to.
So enough complaining about what others do with their billions.
If I had the money these are the few things I'd begin implementing straight away:
This is where I'd start but this list is not anywhere close to being comprehensive. My goal would not be to get people to eat the way I think is right or be spiritual in the way I think is best. Instead, I desire to get them to slow down enough and take care of themselves so they can determine their own best cause of action. When our bodies are healthy and we aren't constantly being bombarded with stress our thoughts are much clearer. This is what I would seek for the entire planet. Clear, calm minds that understand the value of caring for themselves. From this place, we would have a springboard for an entirely different civilization.
The purpose of this blog is to allow Sivani to express thoughts on Ayurveda, yoga & meditation that are not typically found when googling the topics. Sivani's deepest desire is to encourage autonomous living in all people. There are no infallible persons to whom one can turn for perfect guidance to ensure success. When it comes all the way down to it, we are each responsible for our choices regardless if others have led, will lead, or actively attempt to lead us in any direction either for our good or our destruction. Even the best-intentioned individuals make grievous mistakes. Yet, within each individual is an Infallible Source that governs all of existence. Through exploration and discovery, individuals can connect to and build a strong relationship with this Source and thus make their own choices based on their moral objectivity. Does this approach come at an expense? Potentially. But blindly following others has proven to be just as dangerous. Stimulating others to approach any and all exploration to deepen their first-hand relationship with the Inner Intelligence active within the confines of their nervous systems is Sivani's life's mission. The more this is done, the more the Inner Intelligence permeates and pervades all of creation and will be unmistakable.
